At tea & Niceties we specialise in Elegant Morning and Afternoon Tea.
We offer a B.Y.O. service and are quite happy to serve you champagne or wine. A corkage carge of $5.00 per bottle applies.
Our High teas are served as a shared platter for two, presented on a three tier stand.

Offers a selection of Petite Sandwiches, Hot Savories, freashly baked scones with Strawberry Jam & Double Cream, and four varities of our delectable petit fours.
Served with a pot of tea from our variety of first grade teas or a plunger of coffee.

Elegant Tea
A more extravagant offering of an asortment of appetizing Sandwiches, Hot Savour Muffins and Corn Puffs. Freshly baked feather-light Scones with Strawberry Jam & Double Cream, Our own Panna Cota and six of our specialty petit fours.
Served with two pots of tea from our variety of first grade teas or a plunger of coffee.

Group Bookings
Our tearoom offers the perfect setting for Small Weddings, Bridal Showers, Birthdays and other Special Occasions for up to 32 persons.

Reservations
Reservations from 1-9 people:
Reservations can be made in person or by phone 07 5545 3645. Once the reservation is made we will call you the night before to confirm as food is prepared for each guest the morning of. If your circumstances change after you have made confirmation you may call us as early as 7.30am to let us know about the changes. Otherwise a $20.00 charge is incurred per person and all food can either be served at the table or taken home.
Reservation from 10-20 people:
Group reservations can be made in person or by phone. However before we can confirm your group reservation of 10 or more, we require a deposit equal to 25% of the total cost on the day of booking to be held as security and to guarantee your booking. Deposits can be made by credit card. Please enquire when booking.
A 50% Deposit is required for 20 or more.
Cancellations
(a) Deposits are non-refundable
(b) Reservation dates can be transferred to a later date (up to 4 months) providing enough time has been given to pass on the original reservation date.
We are a small restaurant and guests are turned away due to our room having been booked and guaranteed for a specific person thereby saying ‘no’ to other bookings. Reservations are made sometimes up to 6 months in advance for a specific occasion, and if cancelled, are not always passed on as guests have sourced out other arrangements in advance. Our cancellation policy is that you can re-use the deposit towards a reservation within a 4 month period.
We would like all our guests to understand that we are a small family run business and we appreciate every guest we serve.
